Bunlar, halkla ilgili sosyal ve iktisadi meseleler üzerine hemen hemen hiç eğilmemiş gibidirler. Onun içindir ki, eski Osmanlı tarihlerinde, bilhassa, harpler ve önemli şahsiyetler hakkında geniş tahsilat bulmak mümkün olduğu halde halk kütlelerine bağlı sosyal ve iktisadi mesele ve hadiselere dair tahlili bilgilere pek rastlanamaz.en_US
