Style as a Form of Criticism in Nietzsche

Abstract

For Nietzsche, style is not only a tool for expressing critical thought but also a substantial part of this thought. In this study, firstly, the views of some thinkers on Nietzsche's style will be tried to be critically conveyed. Afterward, his style will be examined through Nietzsche's idea of perspectivism. Subsequently, some prominent ideas in Nietzsche's existentialism will be expressed. As a matter of fact, the style in Nietzsche presents himself as an act of critical existential consciousness. At the end of the article, it will be tried to show that the style itself, as a form of criticism, is actually the affirmation of life in Nietzsche's thought.
