Ulusal Kentsel Tasarım Kongresi" şeklinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Kongreye sunulan 35 bildirinin 8 adedi1 , kentsel tasarımın kavramsal gelişimi ve değişimi, 11 adedi kentsel tasarımın ölçekler arası niteliği, 12 adedi kentsel tasarımda proje sunuş teknikleri ile ilgili olarak verilmiş ve tartışılmıştır.
