At this thesis, It has been aimed to be documented the present situation of Hacopulo Arcade where was at Beyo5lu İstiklal Street and known to build in 1871. It has determined whole operation from past to now with bringing out of new functional suggestion to supply preserving the build. Hacopulo Arcade being a passageway where connects Meşrutiyet Street and İstiklal Street supplies transition to Aya Panaia Church that is presented next to it. After mentioning the specialities of construction, the aim of construction and using out of the aim of construction at this thesis is has been explained in the process of the function at present times. It has been the situation of construction, the historical specialities of construction relationship with the city?s architectural texture, architectural speciality of construction and destructing causes of construction at the theis. The and section of the thesis, It?s about new using suggestion, preserving of construction which is developed to be aimed to transfer to the new generation. At this occasion, it has been included architectural identity of construction, resons of past uses, fashion, culture, as an art center and residence project, construction installation, material use and preserving suggestion.
